PYM’26 – Day 6 – We reach out together
On the penultimate day of PYM, we experienced how growing together always turns into service. While our volunteers, with the guidance of Jesuit mentors, reflected on the joys, challenges, and gifts of the past few days, the participants explored the streets of Cluj-Napoca, enriched by personal encounters and free time activities.
In the afternoon, we reached out to the city: at the Family Fest family day, we engaged with the local community through various community games, craft activities, and shared programs. It was wonderful to experience that the Calasanctian charism does not remain within the school walls, but brings joy, care, and hope to people.
The evening was crowned by one last, joyful Christian party, after which we gave thanks for the day in a shared prayer led by our Slovak brothers and sisters.
We feel with increasing certainty: growing together also means serving together. ❤️
